Entry Fee? What? Why?
Yes you read that right. This year we are requiring a $10 entry fee. But, before you get too upset please bear in mind the following information:
As this event has grown each year it has become more and more costly to hold. This year's showing is likely to be be the largest yet so therefore we are renting out a larger gallery space, providing more food and beverages, and will even be featuring live music.
AND - We are also in the early stages of planning a limited edition book (details on this soon).
Rest assured, as with art sales, a portion of all entry fees is going towards breast cancer research.
Got it? Good.
Now that that is out of the way you probably want to know all the details for the submission process:
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
- All pieces must be submitted by NO LATER than NOVEMBER 10th 2009
- Each Artist that wishes to submit must send electronic payment via the PAYPAL button below - Any work submitted by NOVEMBER 10th but not having been paid for will NOT be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: We require one entry fee PER ARTIST. Multiple piece(s) do not require multiple payments.
- We will require a HIGH RES (300 dpi or greater) DIGITAL FILE of your piece this year as well.
This will need to be submitted electronically using the form below:
- All pieces must include your name, email address, phone number, return shipping address, and, medium details. To make this easier we have created a simple form that you can print and attach to the back of your work:
